That is the limitation of character creation software and it is further visible by normal limitation of person using it.

No matter how you design character, they will always already look similar since they are created from same base. First, gender mesh model is the same and that mesh model quality is defined by how many shaping key factors they have (like fat/slim...). Next are base textures which are only later painted on. Same goes for hair and other things... limited choices.

As far as person.... Just think about it, if you decide to make (let's say) cool character in some RPG game why do you end up with very similar results each and every time? (answer, your personal bias and thinking) and yet if you look up on youtube, you can see people can create different cool characters. This is simple limitation of exploration vs. you.

I wouldnt say that the creation software is actually the limitation but rather the libraries themselves are and what they allow the creators to do. Websites like github usually share these types of libraries in open source format so that more people can use them in the programs they design. I would also imagine that hardware is an issue too considering some content creators are actually building dedicated rigs just to process still images and some animated content for characters they've created.

I've seen different versions of Hatsune Miku (not the 18+ kind) and some look similar while others just look completely wrong. Then we have the computer generated influencer Rozy.. I'm not sure what to think of that one. It's like 50/50 for me, some of her content looks very much human while the rest looks created with real backgrounds. It's also amazing to see how much technology has progressed that even now we have CGI influencers with the use of AI.

not exactly accurate.. software has no limits but the user creativity does. they all look the same because of the creative directors i assume basically they have a "standard" of beauty and any deviations are not looked kindly upon for bussines reasons. To explain it further.. all these characters need to appeal to as many ppl as possible meaning they need to be generic (take into account the majority prefferences). Thats why you will never see alternative beauty in any chinese product intended for mass consumption like donghua or mmos

I feel like this episode's first tier degree of monster wave isn't executed as good and epic as the rat wave and hydra wave episode (both are 2nd tier, inferior to the former).
I don't mean to say that the overall animation and depiction of this episode's story was bad, but despite being a first tier wave, i didn't get the suspense, struggle, hopelessness, and terror of the fight like it was with hydra wave and rat wave.
Defeating the hissing beast and other sea monsters there seemed easier than defeating hydra or rat (which killed luo gang, a war god). At least that's how it felt like for me.
